(1) To remove the restriction, you need to purchase the official version (6-month version ¥200,000, 1-year version ¥380,000 excluding tax). If you do not want to fix your computer, you will need an additional USB dongle. Plug in the USB dongle and you can use the Ws_soft on any installed Windows (64) computer.
(2) The USB dongle can be substituted with a commercially available security key (limited to FIDO products of Yubico, Google Titan, Feitian), so please prepare your own. If you are in Japan, you can purchase a USB dongle from us, and please apply for the purchase of a dongle (¥20000, tax excluded) by e-mail.You will receive a Stripe.com invoice by e-mail with a credit card payment link. After confirming the payment, we will send the dongle with free shipping.
(3) Use Sup_checker to read the serial number of the USB dongle (or the MAC address of the computer if you are fixing the computer you are using) , paste the number and the captured image of the Sup_checker display window into Excel, etc., and send it to us (see How to check the serial number of the USB dongle). The Sup_checker is located in the unzipped directory (¥ws_soft¥wsems) of the distribution software (ws_soft_105.zip or later versions).
(4) Once you have applied to purchase the official version, you will receive an invoice by e-mail with a credit card payment link.Please note that depending on the region, a tax registration process may occur, and the invoice delivery may be delayed.
(5) We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, China UnionPay, EFTPOS for credit card payments, and Apple Pay and Google Pay for smartphone payments. After confirming the payment, we will send you a compressed file sup.zip corresponding to the USB dongle or MAC address. If you unzip it and overwrite the generated release key sup.exe in the directory (¥ws_soft¥wsems) on your computer, the restriction is unlocked within the period. Please note that we will not accept chargebacks after the release key is sent.
(6) You will receive notice of the period end from one week before the period end when using this software. If you want to continue using it, please follow the instructions from Stripe to send money. After confirming the payment, we will send you a new unlock key of sup.exe.How to check the serial number of the USB dongle
If you don’t use the USB dongle, : (1)→(3)→(4)→(5)→(6)
(1) Double-click the file sup_checker.exe in the folder (¥Ws_soft¥Wsems) installed in the Windows PC.(2) Connect the Ws_soft USB dongle to your Windows PC.
(3) In the sup_checker window, select “Security key”in the VID box and click the Check button to display the serial number in the box below.
(4) In the sup_checker window, select “MAC Address”in the VID box and click the Check button, and the MAC address will appear in the box below.
(5) Click the Copy button and paste the serial number (or MAC address) into Excel, etc. Click the Capture button and paste the captured image into the same file.
(6) Send the pasted file to the optics@wsems.tech with the email title of dongle information (MAC address information).
