【Refund Policy】 Refunds will be issued after deducting the handling fee if requested before the release key is sent. No refunds will be accepted after the release key has been sent. We do not accept an exchange of a faulty dongle or a reissue of the release key. If there is a defect in the product, please send your dongle (with the serial number confirmed on a computer) to us at our expense. After verification, we will return a functional dongle instead of sended one and send the release key.

【Selling Price】 The official version of Ws_soft is ¥200,000 for 6 months, ¥380,000 yen for 1 year (excluding tax). If you want a USB dongle, it's ¥20,000 (excluding tax). Outside of Japan, local taxes will be added to the previous selling price. Since the dongle can be substituted with a commercially available security key (limited to FIDO products of Yubico, Google Titan, and Feitian), please buy it yourself.
